This translation is provided for your convenience: only the French version is legally binding.
1. Seller
The website publisher. Contact: support@dofusfangames.com. See also the legal notice.
2. Service sold
The promotion of a project published on the site: display in the “Featured” block of the home page and of its type’s page, labeled “Sponsored”, for the chosen number of days (from 1 to 30 days per order). Slots are limited to 3 and displayed in rotation. The promotion does not influence the vote ranking and does not guarantee any number of visits or votes.
The publisher may change the presentation and format of the slots without any right to a refund; no result is guaranteed.
3. Price
€20.00 per day, all taxes included. The total price is shown before payment. Successive orders for the same project follow one another in time.
The applicable prices are those displayed when the order is confirmed; the publisher may change them for future orders. An invoice can be obtained on request through the contact page.
4. Ordering and payment
To order, you need an account with a confirmed e-mail address and must be responsible for a published project. Payment is made by bank card through Stripe, a secure payment provider: the site neither receives nor stores any card data. The order is confirmed once payment is received.
The services are reserved for adults (18 or older) or legal entities able to contract, who hold the payment method used. The order is firm and final once payment is made; a summary is sent to the account’s e-mail address. The publisher may refuse or cancel an order in case of a payment dispute, suspected fraud, breach of the terms of use or unavailability of the slot.
5. Immediate performance and right of withdrawal
The promotion starts as soon as payment is confirmed (or at the end of the period already purchased for this project). Before paying, the customer expressly requests this immediate performance and acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal once the service has started (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, as transposed into Bulgarian law); ticking the box on the order form constitutes acceptance.
6. Interruption, removal and refunds
- If the service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours through the publisher’s fault, the duration is extended accordingly, or the unused period is refunded at the customer’s choice.
- If the publisher deletes or unpublishes the project for a breach of the terms of use, the promotion stops with no refund.
- If the customer deletes their project, the remaining days are not refunded.
- In case of a billing error or double payment, the overpayment is refunded on request.
7. Liability
The seller’s liability is limited to the price of the order concerned, within the limits allowed by law. It does not cover the results hoped for by the customer.
8. Complaints and mediation
Any complaint can be sent to support@dofusfangames.com.
In case of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact the publisher first to seek an amicable solution (reply within 30 days).
9. Force majeure
The parties’ obligations are suspended in case of force majeure (natural disaster, telecommunications outage, large-scale cyberattack, administrative decision…). If the event lasts more than three months, either party may terminate without compensation.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law; any dispute falls under the courts of Sofia (Bulgaria), without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the customer’s country of residence.
